Ken Armstrong

Ken was born on 1st January 1923 and passed away on 27th May 2014 aged 91 years. A stalwart of the club having joined us in the spring of 1980. He travelled on tour every year from 1980 until 2014 a total of 35 trips. Was club President in 1989 & 90, Honorary Secretary from 1982 until 1987 and Honorary Treasurer from 1982 until 1986. Served on the management committee from 1982 until 1992. He was elected an Honorary Life Vice President of the club at the AGM in November 1994.
